BIG MOVE WEEK!!!

This is the BIG MOVE WEEK we’ve been waiting for and we are all really excited! We’ve got a schedule planned out for this Friday, Saturday and, of course our very first Sunday service at our new church building. It’s going to be a lot of work, but also, a whole lot of fun. So, here’s what’s coming up and where we could use help.

Friday @ 8:30 AM: Two (2) moving trucks showing up to load out from 2 locations simultaneously. One truck at the YMCA, 501 Royal Oaks Blvd in the rear of the gym at that storage building. And the Second truck will be at Franklin Mini Storage, 1104 Lakeview Drive, Unit 99. We could use a few of people at each location.

Friday @ 9:45 AM: Two (2) moving trucks arriving at the new church building at 408 Church Street. All load ins will be from the parking lot side of the building,

Friday @ 11:15 AM: Trucks to Pastor Kraig’s house to move out office furniture in storage. After loading up, trucks will go back to church and one back to Franklin Mini Storage.

Friday @ 1-4 PM: Organizing, cleaning and prepping ahead of Saturday morning. Placing temporary signs and parking detail for weekend, etc.

Saturday @ 9 AM to 3 PM: Setting up for Sunday morning, including, seating, staging, projectors, lighting, computers, etc. Organization of children’s areas, restrooms and general final preparations. Lunch will be served and is being provided by the Archer and Sweeney families. It’s barbecue and you’ll love it. (We’ll hope to be done early. Also, please note that this Saturday, there is the Franklin Jingle Bell Walk/Run off main street as well as a Christmas parade in the afternoon, so that will definitely effect traffic in that area, so just be aware of that as you head in that morning/afternoon!)
