It is time to REGENERATE!
This is the start of our annual Church-Wide time of Fasting and Prayer 2016! Each day we will be emailing you a video and posting on our Facebook and Instagram a focus word and a specific scripture that will help us to all unify in the vision for this years focus! God is GOOD and WE KNOW that this is going to be a powerful time for all of us that join together during this time!
Never done a fast before?! Here is a little info about why we, as a church body, do yearly fasts: The Bible doesn’t command believers to fast but what it does say is that setting a specific time apart for prayer and fasting is highly recommended! But the purpose isn’t just “stay away from food!”, it is SO much deeper than that! The purpose of fasting, as followers of Christ, is so we have time to really take our eyes off the things of this world and focus our everything on God!
